Loose Eyebright Herb. Euphrasia officinalis.
Eyebright is traditionally used in the treatment of nasal catarrh, sinusitis, chronic and acute eye disorders, including inflammation, stinging and weeping eyes, and over sensitivity to light. Eyebright may help in the treatment of rhinitis, and hayfever.
Eyebright may also be used topically as a compress in the treatment of conjunctivitis and blepharitis.
Directions
Add 2 teaspoons of Eyebright to a cup of boiled water, infuse for 5-7 minutes, strain and drink.
