Udos Choice Beyond Greens is a combination of fibre, essential fatty acids, phytonutrients and digestive enzymes. These are important for a healthy, balanced diet, but due to hectic lifestyles it is sometimes hard to ingest the right amount. Udos Choice Beyond Greens contains organic alfalfa, spirulina, broccoli, parsley, kale, oat grass and essential fats from flax, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds.

Take one tablespoon (8 g) mixed well with water or juice, up to three times daily.
