Loose Uva Ursi Leaves. Arctostaphylos uva-ursi.
Uva ursi is traditionally used for its antiseptic and astringent effects on the urinary system. Uva ursi may be used in the treatment of cystitis, kidney or bladder ulceration and gravel. Uva ursi may also be used in the treatment of vaginal ulceration and infection.
Directions
Add 2 teaspoons of Uva ursi to a cup of boiled water. Infuse for 6-7 minutes, strain and drink.
